    1. Location - great if you have something in Setia Alam area. Very near the convention centre, NIH and Setia City Mall. Convenience store and coin laundry at the lobby. 2. Host/ staff - communicative and friendly. Check-in/out - good instructions on check in. Allowed me to check out at 1 pm instead of noon. 3. Cleanliness- tidy and clean room and bathroom.

    The room is quite spacious and clean. I had a change to try their food at the lounge and surprisingly taste good and at a reasonable price. The staff are friendly too.
