VERY nice place - wish we would have had more time there... extremely clean with all that was necessary for a great stay. The location is super with only 5 minutes to shops and restaurants/cafes. Has own courtyard to relax in too! Vincent was very accommodating and friendly. Hope to stay there again!

Ovi was a super cool and welcoming host. We really felt at home. Location is perfect, I recommend the place!!

It may seem pricey, but this is an experience and an unbelievable one at that. The industrial interior was perfect, the views absolutely stunning... the crane slowly turns with the wind so you see a lot. The host was super helpful too. This is for the adrenaline junkies- the lifts are not for the faint hearted, but its all part of the experience and i think its good to be taken out of your comfort zone every now and then right. Just book it- you will not be disappointed.

Super cool accommodation resort. The sauna complex is classy and rustic, with many beautiful designs, like the Birdnest sauna. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable with gorgeous redesigning of the fort building. Quiet & dark in the morning. I guess being a fort helps soundproofing! I slept extremely well. The included buffet breakfast was delicious! Perfect for a couple's retreat.

Volkshotel is located in the East district of Amsterdam, only 50 metres from metro station Wibautstraat.

Loved the chia pudding, banana bread was amazing. Coffee was delicious. Loved the sauna. The lounge was inviting and lively lots of social activity. Amazing staff!

The location is excellent in Museum Square, very convenient to Van Gogh museum and National Museum. it's easy to get on the tram to central station. room is clean and quiet, shampoo is light fragrant with high quality.

Yes the rooms are not he biggest but we had booked the small room. but it has a bed, a cupboard and a private bathroom which is more than enough because who goes to Amsterdam to stay inside? It's clean, safe and the staff are lovely. The location is sublime. I would definitely stay here again when returning to Amsterdam.

The location was ideal for exploring the city. 5 min walk from central station. The staff were very friendly and chatty. The hotel is amazing with the gothic exterior the old counters which were once the shipping office. The food was delicious, from the snacks with a few drinks to a great meal! Hotel is very well maintained and very clean. Beds and pillows were very comfy. We had a canal view on the 3rd floor, it was a large room with a mini bar which was very nice feature.

The room was amazing. Super comfortable and very big. It had its own little terrace with chairs and a small table and Maria was an amazing first encounter in the hotel! Very cool vibes and helped us plenty!
