Wow. Loved everything! Room with a spectacular view, lovely common room, honesty shop, popcorn maker, fun gym and fire. Perhaps the most special thing about Catogarden was the welcome from Runhild and staff and the wonderful positive energy they share. Our one regret is that we only stayed one night - this is definitely a place to stay for a few days. We plan to come back in the future and will make sure to participate in Runhilds kayaking and yoga classes next time.

The apartment is beautiful and extremely spacious. Really a lot of nice details like towels in the shape of swans. Cleanliness is really at a high level.

I would love to share our wonderful experience at this accommodation, which I’m giving a solid five-star rating! The rooms were absolutely beautiful and spacious, with a modern design that provided the perfect relaxation after a long day in the mountains. The sauna included in the stay was an amazing treat—an ideal way to unwind and recharge after an active day outdoors. The breakfast was truly made with love, and we enjoyed it even more in your cozy restaurant, where the crackling fireplace in the corner created such a hyggelig atmosphere. It was the perfect start to the day. The reception was incredibly friendly, and we felt warmly welcomed from the very first moment. Not to mention the cool chef, who brought creativity and warmth to every dish and also a smile to your face. Thank you so much for the amazing stay!

We visited in the winter when it was snow covered, magical and unique, quiet enough to spend a bit of time chatting with the wonderful Tommy and Marion. They really went above and beyond - Marion cooked up the best meal of our life using the Atlantic salmon we brought back from a fishing charter Tommy organised. You do not need to be a surfer to love this place, only our son is and he surfed all day every day he was so impressed - the variety of surf boards to rent was outstanding too. Everything was incredible, from the fabulous Beach Villa which was spacious with its own sauna, hot tub, and beautiful view over the beach, running/walking along the waters edge, and of course the northern lights. And definitely the worlds best cinnamon buns - we each had one every day we were there, and took a bag away with us, they are that good! We definitely plan to be back

Staff is super nice and friendly. The location is great. The view is splendid. Good experience to stay in the Norwegian fishermen cabin. The house is lovely. Bedroom is cosy and warm, I visited in rainy day, however, staying in the house is still so nice. You can enjoy wonderful view and have some hot chocolate. The living room is lovely, you can enjoy the most famous mountain of Lofoten landmark. It is locate in the Southern part of island, so easy to go enjoy every spots in Southern Lofoten. There are close to the guide tour office which offer you the great experience like diving, saona, kayaking, visiting the small fjords. Don't missed! I visited with my baby 15 months old, the hotel prepared for the baby cot with mattress and cozy blanket for him. This is so kind.

House is in amazing and quiet location. There are beautiful views from the windows and the terrace. We even saw killer whales from there! House is well equipped, beautiful and cozy. We felt at home and we would have stayed longer if we had had more time. We enjoyed breakfast on the terrace, as we had nice weather. Also it is nice touch from the landlords to provide board games. We played Catan the whole evening. The landlords are very nice and helpful. We will definitely return for a longer stay next year.
