I was blown away when the chef came out and personally informed me about the dishes that were to be prepared and served for dinner!
He even recommended the different wines that pair nicely with each dish.
It was a very intimate and comfortable place to stay.

AustraliaA little out of the way but very comfortable when you arrive. Full kitchen if you want to cater for yourself and wood fired stove to keep nice and cosy. After doing some of the local hikes it was very nice to come back and use the spa. We even had a visit from the friendly local cows.
