I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The bed was incredibly soft, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were very friendly and engaging, making for some enjoyable conversations. The bathtub was spacious, and the room was warm and cozy. Additionally, the view from the room was breathtaking. I highly recommend this hotel!

As the name says, it truly is right on the lakefront. Stunning location. Very spacious house. Very clean. Had everything we needed - and more. I could see it is a child-friendly home too. Bonus: we arrived on a stinking hot day and our hosts had put the aircon on before our arrival - what a delight to walk into a cool home! It's little things like that that made our stay extra special. Wish we could have spent more time there.

beautiful place - really comfortable and clean. Lovely view. Would highly recommend staying at this comfortable and clean holiday home. We didn't use the spa but a family next door and the kids loved it with no interruption to us at all. There were some extras in the kitchen that also added to the stay - well worth staying here and travelling into town about 10 minutes - but worth the confort and serenity

We stayed in Toka Ridge number 4. It was quite simply the most amazing house! Far more spacious than we had anticipated, incredible views, private and simply beautifully designed inside and out. It was exceptionally well equipped in the absolutely perfect location. Peaceful yet sufficiently close to both Rotorua and a morning swim! We would certainly stay here again if we visit once more.
