This place is perfect in so many ways. Host meeting you on arrival - staff appear whether you wander out of your room and ask if they can assist. Amazing service. Every member of the team was perfectly polite, engaging, and responsive. They will organise anything that you want - trips across the surrounding area. One couple had a helicopter trip and it literally landed on the lawn of the place. That is defeintly the way to end a long day! Location - stunning is the word you will probably read most about this place. And it actually is. Room - we had the room with the terrace - I would book this again - as you walk straight out from your room into a courtyard which is in the shade and sun in the afternoon. This is an all-inclusive accommodation - it has to be as it is a trek from the local towns. The food was extremely good. It was never too much or too little the chief has got the balance right. At the end of the trip I left items in the room (very annoyed with myself) the owner looked after them and made sure we got them back. Everything was amazing

We liked the breakfast and the host was very friendly. The room was more cosy than other properties of similar price point - it is a B&B rather than motel. It's an easy walk into town and you can park the car onsite.

The staff were friendly, accommodating & informative. We were offered an upgrade in our accommodation at no extra cost, which we thought was extremely kind & generous. The location is central, it’s right on the Lake & facilities were more than adequate.

The hotel’s location is wonderful! Lots of activities nearby. The room has access to the lawn. There is an excellent children's playground within walking distance. The hotel staff is very friendly!

The set up of the property was great. We were extremely comfortable! And the host left freshly baked bread which was amazing! We borrowed bikes for free and enjoyed a beautiful bike ride, we fed the alpacas, and we used the hot tub at night which was beautiful. Our host also took some money off our stay when she heard my parents had been unable to make the trip due to unforeseen circumstances, which was unexpected and ever so kind!
