Staff are amazing, especially reception/manager, I believe his name is Michael, just a consummate host. Breakfast selection was varied and delicious. Grounds are amazing, and the room was very comfortable. The only negative was it set the bar so high that later stays at other properties just could not measure up to Mangapapa.
