Although the house is on the main road, the studio is at the back of the building and very quiet. You can walk to the city centre, but it takes time, so it is better to go by car.

Dansey's Pass Holiday Park was such a great surprise for us. It is such a beautiful spot. We had the cabin that was next to the river and the sound of the water burbling along was lovely. We were also amazed to find deep water holes on the other side of the property - the kids loved skimming stones. We can't wait to go back for a week next time. The fire in our cabin just made the trip perfect! Especially in the rainy day.

Great NZ welcome. No problem taking time to answer questions. Helpful map and explanation. Chalets comfortable and spacious. Clean and tidy. Shower block modern and clean, checked regularly. Kitchen well equipped and clean. Rules clearly set and everyone keeping to them. Easy access to shops and town and beach.

Loved the outlook and the extra special touches within this accommodation. The stars were so clear and binoculars came in handy. The home made biscuits were next level delicious and the bath and shower bombs gorgeous. The bathtub on the deck was sensational. The ducks, swans and other birds entertaining to watch and feed. Soooo relaxing and shielded from the outside world. Loved, loved, loved the sustainable practices at this accommodation.
