Exceptional service and experience. It’s important to know that at night, the generators are turned off, so there is no heating. The extra blankets provided are therefore very useful. Aside from that, this was by far the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The waiter was extremely friendly, and the host was incredibly helpful—he even assisted us throughout the next day in finding great activities in Urubamba, even though we hadn’t booked an additional night. Adorable little llamas are brought near the dome in the morning, making the experience even more magical. And as for breakfast… absolutely incredible. An unforgettable experience! I highly recommend this stay—wow!

Pleasant staff, nice breakfast (6-9AM). The location is great, in great central location. Rooms are clean with hot shower. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel for 2 days while exploring Macchu Picchu. Much appreciated!

The staff is really helpful-especially Daniela. She was absolutely brilliant with what we needed at all times! Breakfast and laundry services are fantastic. We spend 1-2 days between our activities in the Sacred Valley for 3 times and we could leave our lugagge there. I appreciate very much they made us feel definitely at home.

    Fairly spacious, with good bathroom. Had a jacuzzi bath and shower. TBC.... Good location. 10 minutes walk from the main square. Heater in room if necessary. Nice shower and fluffy towels.

    - Most welcoming staff who speak really good English and make you feel at home - The restaurant in the hotel is amazing and the breakfast is outstanding. They also provide to-go breakfast when you cannot make it - had the breakfast package ready for me 4am in the morning when i had to leave for the inca trail tour - Really beautiful rooms and gorgeous patio where you can chill and have a cocoa tea - Have to try their spa! Did the Inka healing one and the private jacuzzi /sauna is a must after a long hike
