The front desk service manager went over and above to accomodate a baggae incident (when the cabdriver was not able to fit a large bag into his car. The Desk Manager took it upon himself to take my bag to the airport!!!!! Thia was the crowning event of a stay that has me looking forward to returning!!!! This manager is GREAT!!!! Please promote him and clone him if possible!!! I told my wife about the most pleasant experience and she will be writing a letter to the management to acclaim this individuals professionalism and conscientious behavior. Everything was fine. What we liked very much that the restaurant was open still at 10PM. And we could order for us food. After long trip we were quite hungry. The food and service were good. The hotel was built only 20 years ago and it was built in an interesting design of the beginning of 20th century.

Service was good. First day I tried several food options from their restaurant, it was amazing. On the next day it was less amazing but good, waitress justified it as they have different chefs. So chef and stuff who were working 12th Apr, you are amazing!

What a great place to relax even in winter time. Well organise, clean and tidy setting at the lakes in the forest. Plenty walking tracks around. A Tree house was a great choice for a night away during Christmas holidays. The tree house was spacious and clean, with a modern touch and beautiful window view. The staff members were extremely polite and welcomed us with a big breakfast in the morning. We would love to come back again.
