Our stay was a little crazy idea on spending New Year's Eve (not participating in the ball organized by the hotel), and it turned out to be the perfect idea. It was my second time in Warsaw and I decided to stay here as my friend recommended me for the location. It was a very convenient location and, a very clean, spacious room and I had a great stay. I was here on my birthday and managers came to my room in the morning and surprised me with sweets and a birthday card written in Japanese (they probably found out from the record on Accor Hotel Group database)! Also, when I was back from outside, they left me with fruits and a cake. Amazing hospitality!! Also staff here are all very polite, professional and helpful!
