Excellent location, very clean, staff very friendly and efficient! Had a problem with the shower, needed a new washer on it, within 10 mins of reporting it, the problem was resolved!

Absolutely perfect stay at this accomodation. Perfect room, i love the bed and also the sofa. Room was clean. Staff at the reception very friendly and helpful. Best breakfast i ever had! Also the spa is small but very nice and clean :) We also had a dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious! Really worth it! Definitely not our last stay. And it is near the Energylandia.

The hotel was in a lovely location overlooking a lake. It was ideal for our visit to Auschwitz, as close by. The room we had was spacious with an additional seating area and a balcony with a great view over the lake. Very clean. Amazing breakfast with something for everyone, and all fresh with beautiful presentation. We also went to the " beach" cafe and then the main restaurant in the evening - again both good food. Staff were helpful and friendly. Although we didn't go swimming, people looked like they were having alot of fun in the outside pool area.
