This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Every detail is exceptional. The location is absolutely perfect, the warm welcome included an optional glass of port, the room has everything you need including a big fridge and balcony, the friendly staff were so helpful, the breakfast is probably the best we have ever had at a hotel (it includes free breakfast champagne). Everything was amazing. Shout out to Pedro for the warm welcome. We will be back here for sure. 10/10

Our stay at Book Hotel in Terceira was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Our room was cozy, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the island. However, what truly made this hotel stand out was its unique library and bookshop. This feature created an exclusive, intellectual atmosphere that we’ve never encountered in any other hotel. Another highlight was the breakfast. Each morning, we were treated to a diverse and delicious spread, featuring both local Azorean specialties and international options. The quality and variety were impressive, and it was clear that great care was taken to cater to different tastes and dietary preferences. The room is very welcoming and decorated with lots of love and attention to detail, such as fresh lavender from the garden. It felt like a home, not an accommodation. The bed was heaven and felt like sleeping on clouds, the kitchen is well equipped and Paula, the host, treats the guests to an extra dose of hospitality. I was even lucky enough to meet their sweet dog, Luna, who has the gentlest soul. The location is great, since nothing is really far on Terceira, supermarkets are close by and the view from the garden is beautiful. Sadly I did not have the time to visit the farm and meet the calves because my stay was too short, but I would have loved to. I had the most wonderful time.

The staff were very friendly, especially Natacha! Location is great and we had a wonderful room with sea view (definitely worth the money). Parking was easy, and there's a route from the hotel to the town which you can take on foot. Breakfast was good and fresh.

Responsive and gracious host, beautifully decorated property with all the right essentials (photos are a true representation of the property). Very clean facilities, strong aircon, breathtaking views of town and ocean, nice outdoor pool and indoor jacuzzi, easy checkin and access, great quiet location, kids loved it. We are already referring friends and family to this property!

The accommodation was close to Angra. Parking was easy. Nice view of the ocean from the window. The kitchen is tiny, but enough for breakfast. The bed was very comfortable, big and with a really good mattress. The host helped us immediately if we had any problems.
