The check-in area for the Preferred guests was fantastic. We waited for a while to get checked in, but we enjoyed a welcome drink and fresh snacks, and the view from the balcony while waiting. The receptionist Sara made our stay unforgettable by arranging a surprise - an extremely personalized and well-thought dessert at the end of our birthday dinner. Sara's colleagues who presented us the dessert were also very friendly, professional and kind. This hotel has amazing facilities, absolutely outstanding staff, and the most epic location so far. The food was top-notch and high quality, too. Everything was fantastic - the ice-cream bar, the restaurants, and even the buffet food. The views from the property are unforgettable.

My stay was absolutely incredible, but what truly stood out was their breakfast. Each morning, I was greeted with a feast for the senses. The design of the hotel is fantastic! The rooms are beautiful and clean, thanks to housekeeping twice a day! Thanks for the little attention on our pillows ;) Charles and his bold collegue (don’t know his name, sorry) at the reception are doing an amazing job. And last but not least Jorge, responsable for breakfast, runs from left to right to make sure everybody is happy and presentation of the food is up to standard. He was very helpfull to us and our baby! Congrats to the entire The Vine staff.
