The hotel and the staff exceeded expectations at all levels. From the personalised check-in process (with complementary wine) to all requests during the stay, it was a fabulous experience. The hotel is newly built, and cleanliness levels were high. The rooms are of a generous size with a pleasing layout and excellent amenities. Attention to details was significant. My complements to the hotel management and particularly to the front office staff, who made us feel important. A surprise with the in-house restaurant where we had some great meals, made and served with love. Location was very good, 10-12 minutes’ walk to downtown. Strongly recommended for enriching your overall experience of the trip to Porto.

It was a very lovely place. Very well located near S. Bento station, all reachable within walking distance. The apartment was very decent, with kitchen included and needed appliances. The best is that they would bring you the breakfast by the door of the room. Amazing! And it was very decent and delicious! We loved it! The team behind is incredibly supportive and friendly! A very big thank you! You are doing an amazing job!
