Staff were super helpful, suggesting best places to visit and to eat at. The environment of the hotel is so calming, you forget you're in the middle of a city. The room was perfect, spacious, and they provided us with everything we could need for our daughter, a high chair, cot, changing mat and even a baby bath. Everyone was so nice to her and accommodating. The heated pool was lovely to enjoy. Really such a luxurious stay and will definitely be staying here again, when we come to Porto. Metro is just round the corner but it is also walking distance to almost all attractions. Just a 25 mins walk to the river side and 15 mins walk to the famous bridge. Plenty of restaurants around as well.

No breakfast taken. Location great for the city, hilly for the river, but perfect if you don’t mind walking. All staff very helpful, reception lovely, Marianna checked us in, she was very informative and welcoming. All other staff, bar, and room service friendly and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. We were more than impressed. We had lunch a couple of times on the terrace, a peaceful break and lovely food. Quite a tranquil area in the heat of the day, with some shady tables. Superior room, quiet, large & a very nice bathroom.

We stayed in the maisonette during our stay and the room was great with an absolutely Incredible view you'd be hard pressed to find elsewhere. All of the staff were exceptional and incredibly friendly (Especially Thiago from maintenance!). We generally like to be left to ourselves and although further services were offered by the hotel, we really appreciated the privacy offered and the non-intrusive nature of everything during our stay, although any requests we did have were handled perfectly. The "Le Petit Prince" package for our baby they had in our room on arrival was an also really nice gesture. We've stayed at many nice hotels across Europe, but this has definitely been our favourite and we'll definitely be staying here on our next trip to Porto!

The accomodation was absolutely great. Very warm wellcome! We arrived in the evening and the hosts provide the guests standard with a small bottle of porto, bread butter and marmelade, koffie, thee and milk and some fruit. To be provided that way, it is a very lovely welcome when it is already late and when you are tired. So we started with a nice glass of Porto in a very peaceful and beautiful patio/garden and had an lovely chat with the hosts. As it got later and later due do our chatting, we had a even a meal together. What a welcome! Our room (2 persons) was perfect and very clean. The kitchenarea had everything you need to make your own mail (even oliveoil, vinager and pepper and salt)! The bed was perfect, great matresses and pillows. Bathroom: perfect and clean. The place is situated in the middle of the city (a 15min. walk from the touristic area, close to 2 metrostations which go straight to the touristic area), in a beautiful narrow and old street. The patio/garden is lovely, with sitting areas and lots of treas and plants and a wonderful quietness. A paradise when you want to chill out after (busy) citywalks. The owners designed the rooms and the garden/patio by themselves... I had the opportunity to see other rooms... I was unbelievebly surprised of the original touch in every room. The hosts have loads of information, and if you want to go to more local areas instead of the touristic ones... they know every spot! We stayed there for 9 nights. it couldn't be better!! So many thanks to the hosts for our wonderful holiday! I surely come back to this place by visiting Porto again!

Lovely big spacious 2 bedroom apartment with high ceilings and plenty of space in a quiet area. Nice balcony run thes length of the apartment with access from all rooms .Lovely shutters on the very tall windows with a view of the garden and pool. Great showers. and 2 bathrooms a. bonus. There is also a large desk area for working. Ample kitchen equipment with a good sized kitchen. Breakfast is continental and dropped to your door so you can eat it when you like. This apartment is big enough to live permanently. Its 5 mins walk to metro and from there one stop brings you to a major station connecting you to all routes including the airport line which takes about 30 mins directly to the airport. The location is a good 15 min walk to the main area of the old town. Porto is so beautiful highly recommend visiting but be aware extremely hilly and there are a lot of cobblestone streets. Great find at a good price.

It was very cosy and comfortable, the staff was absolutely amazing, especially the housekeeper, she was lovely and very friendly. The man at the reception also was a nice man, he gave us some great recommendations of places to visit in Porto. Great place overall to stay, great location as well, very close to the metro station. Would definitely come back.

    We stayed as a group of 8, arrived late (around 1:30 am). The staff were incredible and the rooms were both comfy and quiet. The pool and hot tub a lovely place to relax after walking several miles a day around the city. Proximity to almost everything cannot be overstated. The hotel is a short walk from the famous market which is a must anytime of day and close to various attractions and public spaces.

    A very stylish hotel with every detail thoughtfully designed. The staff is pleasant and attentive. The hotel features a sauna, jacuzzi, and pool. We arrived around 8 p.m., and the receptionist kindly reopened the jacuzzi for us, allowing us to enjoy a warm bath under the open sky until 10 p.m. The hotel has its own parking, but there were also plenty of available spaces on the street in the municipal parking. The staff recommended where to order food, and everything was excellent. I would gladly stay at this hotel again.
