Excellent service and ideal location for visitors, very clean room and very well decorated. Also very large but it was a junior suite. The staff were very polite and helpful. I would stay there again.

Excellent service, wonderful staff. The hotel was opened in 2024, and has been very well maintained. A few minutes on a downhill walk to all the main streets and amenities, relatively quiet location. Breakfast was great and the Spa was so relaxing. Definitely one to return to :)

Staff are superb, extremely friendly, efficient and helpful! Stylish, sleek and Exuberante restaurant is sublime, highly recommend. Hotel staff could not do enough for us without any intrusion, it is 5* all the way. Special mention to Miriam (front desk) and Nelson (Exuberante restaurant) who were highly professional and so lovely. Staff were always quick and efficient whenever any requests made (room service, luggage store/collection) with very good communication before arrival. Highly recommend this hotel!!

The host met me at the door and gave a brief orientation of how things in the apartment worked. Miguel and Maria-Jaoa are very friendly and are always available to answer questions and offer help and suggestions on visiting Porto. The location is close to the historic downtown and transit stops. The courtyard is a relaxing and beautiful place to hang out and rest. The apartment was very clean and stocked with kitchenware. Comfy bed and pillows. Large people and those with mobility problems may want to let the host know so they get a one-level unit.

The location was very good, about 20 minutes by walk to the city center. The continental breakfast was prepared at 7:30 in the box placed right at the apartment's door. The bakery products were delicately and fresh. Until now we have not experienced such minimalistic but also everlasting design as in this apartment. The apartment was huge, we had 2 bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, bathroom, extra toilet, and a middle room where the stairs were. The kitchen was very well-equipped. We could live here quite easily with 2 children also for a month, but we visited Porto just for 2 nights. We will be looking for this place when we come back to Porto again.

    We stayed as a group of 8, arrived late (around 1:30 am). The staff were incredible and the rooms were both comfy and quiet. The pool and hot tub a lovely place to relax after walking several miles a day around the city. Proximity to almost everything cannot be overstated. The hotel is a short walk from the famous market which is a must anytime of day and close to various attractions and public spaces.

    A very stylish hotel with every detail thoughtfully designed. The staff is pleasant and attentive. The hotel features a sauna, jacuzzi, and pool. We arrived around 8 p.m., and the receptionist kindly reopened the jacuzzi for us, allowing us to enjoy a warm bath under the open sky until 10 p.m. The hotel has its own parking, but there were also plenty of available spaces on the street in the municipal parking. The staff recommended where to order food, and everything was excellent. I would gladly stay at this hotel again.
