The host, Claudia, and the staff were so welcoming and helpful. The apartment complex and the gardens are beautiful. We especially enjoyed the tasty fruits we picked ourselves from the garden. The complex is located in a quiet village in the middle of the island, but close to all the main hikes/attractions/lakes. Only 15-20 minutes from Ponta Delgada. Very recommended.

The green territory, the newly renovated building, the views to the city - everything was quite special! The place is located inside of botanical garden, so there’s plenty to explore inside the property, and lots of places to hang out at. The staff was very friendly, not a corporate hotel but a cosy guest house: you get to meet and chat to the same staff every day, so they start feeling like your friends/family at breakfast.

I cannot recommend it highly enough. As the very first guests of this new hotel, we were treated with exceptional care and attention. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They welcomed us warmly, making us feel right at home. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of modern amenities and the natural beauty of the Azores. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel’s commitment to family-friendly service was evident in the little touches, such as a crib for our baby. The location is fantastic, with stunning views and easy access to the island’s many attractions. In summary, our stay in Sao Miguel was extraordinary.     The house was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 2 small children. The location is amazing, very close to the beach (you can see the sea from some of the rooms and from the sundeck), and a restaurant and beach bar just around the corner. We used the outside kitchen/barbecue a lot for our dinners. We loved the outdoor space,its of places to sit and relax, and even a jacuzzi!
