The terrace room is really great. You have a Nice view over the old city. Breakfast is very Nice and you can ask to bring the breakfast to the room and eat on the terrace. Location is 10 ! You’re direct in the city center.

As soon as you enter the door of this hotel, you feel relaxed thanks to the amazing smell. The staff is extremely friendly and professional, and the spaces are open and warm. The hotel has a small spa (jacuzzi, sauna, and a Turkish bath) included in the price, and they also offer a long list of massages (extra cost). The room we stayed in was spacious and cleaned every day. Lovely bathroom and comfortable bed. I read in the reviews a lot of comments regarding how warm the room was. This is not a problem as you can easily set the aircon and have a fresh room. Breakfast was ok, the staff is attentive and bring you fresh coffee and orange juice as soon as you sit down. However, food options are limited and repetitive. It would be nice to order things outside the buffet since they have an open kitchen.

We had an wonderful family holiday at the Altis Grand Hotel in Lisbon! The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and attentive, especially Cláudia Soares, and the rooms were very comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and we truly appreciated the beautiful amenities and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Lisbon.

Charming and clean home in a quite location close to beach and forest. Big kitchen for cooking and an awesome grill den in the backyard that we enjoyed on several occasions. Very lovely and attentive hosts that quickly responded to our every need and question. We had a great time and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
