Great location. Easy walk to the mains bars and restaurants. We had an ocean view room which was excellent, and the balcony was massive. Loved that the check out was 12 noon. Gave us time to relax after breakfast and enjoy the view. Breakfast was splendid. Nice trails directly from the hotel to the headland. Some lovely places to sit out in the garden.

Mar da Luz has very nice apartments. The apartments at the ground floor have a private swimming pool, the ones at the first floor have a big terrace with nice view over the ocean. Our apartment was big with two sleeping rooms and two bath rooms. The kitchen was fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, two coffee machines (filter and capsules) and a toaster. There was a big smart TV and airco / heating system. Next to the big terrace (with the view over the ocean), there were also two smaller terraces. There is also a hot tub, but it seemed a bit old and not clean (so we didn't use it). The reception is located in the central building, next to a small fitness room (with some cardio machines, one (rather old) multi-function machine and enough dumbbells to keep your musles fit) and a spa area (with a small but nice indoor swimming pool, a hot tub and a nice sauna). The personnel and cleaning staff were really friendly. Wifi connection was good and fast. The resort is located in a very quiet neighborhood, 5 km out of the center of Luz. We were not in high season which could explain why it was also so quiet in the resort itself (it has 15 rooms, 6 were occupied when we were there in April). There are some restaurants close-by, but you need a car (or bike) to get there.

Perfect! Location was great! Tivoli is located to close to Bus Terminal and train station. I could go to walk to get the bus and train. Room was clean and beautiful. There are many sofas for rest in the hotel. And It was good to swimming pool and gym. Breakfast was so various and so delicious. Staff was so kind. If I visit to Lagos again, I will stay this hotel.
