This riverside accommodation on the Danube was fantastic. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with a mini fridge and air conditioning. The food was a culinary journey from breakfast to dinner, and the cocktails were perfect. The infinity pool and Jacuzzi overlooking the Danube offered breathtaking views and a truly relaxing experience. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect. This is a stunningly beautiful location, and the atmosphere is serene. We loved everything about our stay. The rooms are beautiful and look exactly as in the pictures. The host of the place is exceptionally good in communication; I've just finished booking, when my phone rang and got connected with him. He gave great advices on what to see, where to go -according to my preferences. The house is build on a wonderful spot; one can get one of the best view above the Iron Gate, on the island of Orsova; all this can be done even from a pool. Just to mention a tiny detail also; binoculars. Going up to the caffee-area, which is the highest point in the facility, you can find a binocular for looking around. Small detail, but it tells a lot. Definitely suggesting Casa Clau if you want the best stay in Orsova.

The host made sure to personally greet us at the property. He spent time with us to tour the property and give us hints on what to do in Orsova. He recommended a Danube river tour that exceeded our expectations as well. The location of the villa is in immediate proximity to the Danube banks and close to restaurants and attractions.
