We arrived very late and were happy to be warmly welcomed with our key. Since I’m in the last trimester of my pregnancy, we were assured in advance that the cabin would be suitable and comfortable for a smooth stay — and we truly appreciated that. I also have some food intolerances, so I was very pleased to find suitable options both at breakfast and when we chose to dine at the restaurant at Cuki Residence. The staff and hosts are present daily, which really helps create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The animals are very friendly, which beautifully complements the peaceful environment. The gardens are very well maintained, the entire area is kept clean, and the staff are always smiling and kind to the residents.

The host was very friendly and explained everything perfectly. The room was exactly as shown on the pictures and everything was clean and fresh. The little chocolate bars and tea and coffee packs were a very nice touch.

Everything was great. Professional communication, reception, location, parking, restaurant recommendations, tour links... The apartment is fantastic, clean, fragrant, with a complete kitchen, full of useful little things that are not even found in luxury hotels, such as wireless chargers, BT speakers, LED lighting... Not to mention disposable hygiene products, shampoos, baths, fragrance bombs... The complete Spa is an integral part of this apartment and everything is included in the price. The location is easy to find and on walking distance to the city center. Private parking was included. The apartments were cozy and clean. The hosts were kind and friendly, and we had full privacy as a family. 10/10 worth for the money. Definitely recommend!
