The room was nice and comfy, the breakfast buffet was amazing and the spa (whirlpool and sauna) was very convenient on a rainy day.

The location is great, in the centre and within walking distance to everything. The jacuzzi and sauna was very nice, though crowded at times.

This hotel is located in a great central location. With a Coop and Lidl close by. Also close to the shopping district where there are so many stores and mini malls. Choice for breakfast is great, staff are very nice. All speak great English. Although hotel is in central location, my room was so quiet. Even as it was over looking the highstreet. Massive spacious bathroom, bigger than my bedroom at home !!

Location of the hotel is in the center of the town, easy approachable from Kallax airport with local traffic. We've got great value for the money which included pleasant and helpfull staff, awesome breakfast, clean rooms and easy access to jacuzzi and sauna.

We visit Lulea regularly as we travel to the Arctic Circle and need only ever stay at this hotel- the staff are so friendly, always keen to help where possible and the rooms are fantastic! If you can stay in a King room, definitely do it- private sauna, deep bath, rain shower and heated floor tiling render it as your very own private spa! Dinner is delicious and location superb. If I could give these guys an 11/10 I would!
