Hotels with Hot tubs in Golden Triangle

Lovely teakwood hotel, excellent service

The night and morning views were fantastic. When lights are off during the night, I can see the sparkling stars on the sky. In the morning, I can the cloud mountain and sun rise. All from my room balcony. The room was decorated nicely with muji style. I was also given a bath bomb for the bathtub on the balcony. Our breakfast was brought to our room too so that we can enjoy the mountain view from the balcony.

What an amazing experience! We enjoyed every minute of it! Very lovely tents, great meals, fantastic service and nature all around. They take great care of the elephants as well.

Where to start? For us, this was not a one-night stay, we were there for a week. That's plenty of time to get a good feel for a hotel. The food was genuinely superb. This is a small, quality hotel therefore there was never going to be an elaborate breakfast buffet because relatively speaking, there are so few rooms , however the option to order anything you wanted from The Breakfast menu was lovely. The food was always freshly cooked there and then and the quality of the food was first class. Likewise for the evening meals the menu is not super extensive but the quality of each dish is 100%. We chose this location approximately 1 hour north of Chiang Rai because we wanted to be within easy reach of beautiful countryside ( in 10 minutes we could be in mountainous landscapes) instead of having to negotiate our way out of the city of Chiang Rai every time we wanted to explore. And we did not want to be in a large tourist Hotel catering to coach loads of holiday makers. Regarding the rooms they were very spacious some of the largest we have stayed in in Thailand and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. I do not believe there are many hotels in Thailand that offer the combination of Comfort, space, service and spectacular views, in such a relatively intimate atmosphere. This is a hotel we would LOVE to return to.
