The hotel building is beautiful, modern stylish design, everything is brand new. The room was also very comfy and clean. During the time we stayed there the construction was still unfinished, hence we could not enjoy all the facilities like pool and the gym yet, but they looked promising.

We loved everything! Me & my husband loved the spectacular view from our room it was heaven on earth! Thankful and so appreciative of the staff they were so lovely and so helpful ! Ohh I loved the fooood trying new food at the breakfast buffet was so yummy! We loved the pools the pool bar and the food especially the smoothies served at the waterfall pool bar!!! We kept eating and having smoothies there. They do have a range of other drinks at the pool bar as well😊 to us this resort was close to all the things we wanted to all the experiences and places we wanted go and see. Also if it was a far place the hotel stuff were very helpful in taking us to places to book such as Carnival Magic everything else I either booked through booking.com or used grab app

The staff was amazing, special thanks to Lek, the owner : kapun ka !! :) The 30m pool was great for swimming and the room was always clean thanks to the cleaning ladies. Breakfast is tasty and not expensive and we enjoyed being so close from the Phuket Fight Club where we trained. We will come back for sure !!! Juliette & Anthony

We loved everything!! The facilities were beautiful giving a natural feel but still everything was super clean and taken care of! The bar inside the pool was amazing as was the food! I booked the spa packages and the service was amazing! The most amazing was how much friendly the stuff was! We loved everyone especially the people at the breakfast/restaurant, bar and spa. Can’t wait to visit this paradise again!!!

It was a perfect experience. We booked the hotel's airport transfer service, which was a comfortable one-hour journey in a Toyota Alphard. The distance from the Main Gate to the Lobby is a long and steep slope, which makes the hotel very private. The hotel has Club Cars to take you anywhere, and there is a 711 at the entrance, as well as many small restaurants and local street vendors. After checking out at noon, they even provided us with a Relaxing Room because our flight was very late, where we could rest, shower, and stay until any time.

Everything. It’s our 10th time here. Location is quiet away from the crazy night life. A short walk to town or tuk tuk. Breakfasts excellent varied menu. Staff amazing and always helpful and polite. Great pool with ocean views.

Beautiful hotel, staff very friendly, pool is great. Elephant sanctuary short walk away. We were upgraded to beachfront room because our flight had been so delayed we missed day so it was a nice touch from the hotel. Restaurants are great and even a mini Starbucks to keep the teenager happy!!

Everything was beautiful and taken care of in the smallest details. The staff was very attentive and well-prepared. Everyone was very good, but one young woman named Miss Vee, restaurant service attendant, stood out for her skill, talent, kindness, and abilities. During our stay at the Veranda Resort, we always had lunch and dinner at the restaurant thanks to the good cuisine but also thanks to the great professionalism and empathy of Miss Vee. We really felt great here.

    The view from our room was amazing could see a lot of central Phuket, and a great pool. The service from the staff was perfect, really couldn't ask for more. Was very impressed with the service and the room itself. Also, the room is huge, don't know what you would do with all that space but it was nice to have. Also, the hot tub bath on the balcony was an amazing touch, it made the experience even better.

    Chalong Chalet Resort & Longstay is bit Old but fantastic property for stay away from the hustle and bustle of busy Patong. We had an amazing stay for 2 Nights. There were 2 swimming pools which were well maintained and had BAR attached to it. The Rooms are Clean and Spacious and had Jacuzzi in the balcony. The WIFI was bit average. As it's on the Hill you can get some Sea and City View.
