Her personal touch made all the difference—whether it was the warm welcome, helpful recommendations, or the delightful home-baked surprises she treated us to at breakfast. The resort itself is peaceful and well-maintained, providing a relaxing escape. The rooms were comfortable, the atmosphere was laid-back, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Whether we were enjoying a quiet morning by the pool or heading out to the beach, everything felt effortless and enjoyable. Everything! Best spot to relax and recharge with few people around. Quiet but with shops not too far away if you need anything. Booked 5 nights but stayed for 7 Also a decent place to base yourself if you want to visit the various caves and beaches in the area. Owners and staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly, I especially appreciated the help they gave me booking a bus to ko phangan, saved me a bit of a headache

Every tiny detail to make the stay comfortable has been thought of. The staff were all really friendly and were super helpful. The interior design in the villas was stunning. Breakfast in the restaurant was made to order and was super fresh each day. The pool was beautiful and the beach was clean (we were helped to take a canoe out). This resort was super private with only 8 villas in total, most of the time we felt like the only guests; this was so peaceful and relaxing. Nearby, there are some restaurants, a market and a massage shop. The hotel helped organise taxis which was much appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The buildings are amazingly designed, truly beautiful. The pool is fantastic- deep, clean, and wonderful after a long motorbike ride. The host Niko is wonderfully helpful and great to chat with- he had a fantastic recommendation for a local Thai restaurant. Niko and his wife obviously put a lot of love and thought into Danieli Resort and it really shows. The whole location is clean, neat, comfortable, and welcoming. We will absolutely be visiting again.

Even though our family only stayed at "The Sand and I" for one night, they were absolutely delightful! The villa was modern, spotless, and beautifully designed. The private pool was the highlight, offering a funny and relaxing atmosphere. The owner is friendly, the staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location was peaceful yet conveniently close to attractions and the beach. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a private and relaxing getaway. We’ll definitely be back!
