the staff is very kind, pleasant, respectful and helpful, the food and pastry are exceptionnel, the spa is fantastic (staff is very kind and professional), the room was great, calm and very clean. there is a great energy in the hotel. the sunset was magical and the private beach is fantastic. At most I liked the beach. I didn't expect so much from Mediterranean sea but it was warm and sandy beach like in Seychelles. Always enough sun beds there and not so crowded. Just Perfect. The location is amazing, good stuff, many options, many pools and always a sunbed free.

Very cozy and clean place with attention to details. Remarkable the free cocktail and food at the sunset for new guests. Every evening a different show is organized with local band and djs. We particularly enjoyed the tribal techno dj set. The cusine is very good and refined. It offers additional services such as spa at a very cheap price and the location in the health of the beach completes their offer. The personell is very kind and discreet. Great value for money.

People make holidays, and the staff exceeded expectations. I do not tend to take telephone numbers when travelling, certainly not from staff. However, I have taken 3 staff members to keep in touch with. It was out of season, but the staff couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. Most of the time, we were the only people staying at the hotel, but we received a full hotel service. It is a shame other travellers do not come to Djerba out of season. The weather is OK and the island is good to explore.

    extremely helpfull lady in reception. Restaurant staff super friendly. Food absolutely amazing especially taking into account we stayed not during the season. Selection was always good. Rooms spacious and clean.
