The service was truly outstanding—every staff member was attentive, kind, and made me feel at home. A special mention goes to Madam Doursaf, the manager/PR—she is simply the best! Her professionalism, warmth, and personal touch made my experience unforgettable. Beautiful house in Hammamet’s Medina. The room was very clean and the breakfast was good. The host Marwa is helpful and responsive. The place can be a bit tricky to find, but that’s part of the charm of a stay in the Medina.

The newly renovated rooms are very good. Very comfortable beds, air conditioning works perfectly, and the shower is excellent. I had no issues with the room’s infrastructure. The service was also very good. Everyone was always friendly. My safe didn’t work after check-in, but after I reported it to the reception, it was replaced within 5 minutes. Very impressive! The massages were perfect! This Hotel easily match, if not exceed, the standards of Hotelresorts of the same categorie in Southern Europe! You can barely hear the noise from the rooms under construction.

    We loved everything. The staff are amazing, especially the lady at the front desk. She changed our room and gave us an amazing one with pool and beach view. Five star breakfast with very welcoming and polite staff. Housekeeping girls did a fantastic job. Hotel itself is beautiful and spotless. We'll be back. Spa and gym are clean and not that busy so you can enjoy a good workout or relaxation time.

    The hotel itself is great, and just by the beach, I was there for a relaxing time with my mum and it was perfect. The Spa it is amazing and the different services are very good.
