Amazing experience. From start to finish, everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, the staff at Grand Alacati Butik Hotel are incredibly warm and friendly. They made me feel right at home from the moment I stepped foot into the hotel. Their genuine hospitality and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay truly stood out. The rooms at the hotel are exceptionally new and well-designed. I was impressed by the modern decor and the attention to detail in every aspect of the room. The comfortable beds provided a restful night's sleep, and the amenities were top-notch. It was evident that the management had put a lot of effort into creating a cozy and welcoming environment for guests. One of the highlights of my stay was the unbelievable breakfast offered at the hotel. It was an absolute feast! The selection of fresh and delicious items was truly impressive and should satisfy every palate. I particularly loved the variety of jams and the locally sourced ingredients. It was a delightful way to start each day. The location of the Grand Alacati Butik Hotel couldn't be better. My spouse and I celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary with a week-long stay at Bilblos Resort Alacati booked through booking.com, and it was truly a remarkable experience. Staff Hospitality and Attention to Detail: We were taken care of by Anastasia and Anzhelika, with Anastasia going above and beyond to provide us with a hotel tour and exceptional service throughout our stay. They were incredibly attentive to our needs, even offering to call a nurse when I got a minor injury at the beach and personally delivering the necessary supplies to our room. Despite our complex transportation request during check-out, they remained kind and supportive until the very end, making our journey truly memorable. Hotel Facilities: The rooms were immaculate and comfortable, with amenities that exceeded our expectations. The Nespresso coffee was a delightful touch. The multiple outdoor and indoor pools, including the heated water pool, allowed us to enjoy swimming to the fullest. The well-maintained spa facilities, various sauna options, fully-equipped gym, and the game room with a PlayStation were all top-notch and added to our satisfaction. Dining Experience: With three restaurants and a shop selling ice cream and waffles, the dining options were diverse and delicious, creating a fantastic ambiance. Khalia Restaurant, where we had breakfast daily, offered a variety of exquisite dishes, beverages, and cheeses. Our experience at Miso, the seafood restaurant with a live band performance, was exceptional. Nori, the Asian food restaurant, impressed us with its special roll dishes that even food enthusiasts would appreciate. Amazing location, very quiet place, no problems with parking the car - we had a minivan, and finding a free parking space in some locations was not easy. The property is very clean, with a beautiful seaview terrace. We stayed with our friends in a family room which had it's own balcony / terrace with an absolutely fantastic view of the sea and of the Greek island Chios. The breakfast was beautifully served and was delicious! The host and all the personnel were very friendly and helpful, starting with the night watcher who helped us with the luggage and explained everything about the property in very good English. The place is a bit far from the center if the city, so I would recommend it to those traveling in a car.

Barbarossa is more than just a hotel. It is an experience like few others. The hotel grounds are impressive and the pool that surrounds the dining area is quite unique. It was a great stay for a small family and our 2 dogs who loved to explore the area. What really stood out is the hospitality. The team who live and work on the grounds really could not have done any more to make our stay memorable. The dining, in particular, was remarkable. The communal barbecue was complemented by an outdoor bread oven for pide, lavas, and lahmaçuns. Kahvalti was delicious, and the drinks at the bar were free-flowing. A great experience!
