Stepping into the hotel courtyard felt a world away from the bustling streets on the other side of the wall. The rooms are well appointed and designed with consideration. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable e.g., bringing us an ice bucket for our wine, and looking after our luggage when we checked out but had a later flight. The bed was great - firm mattress with softer mattress topper. Shower pressure was incredible. We had the Design Room that was named Natura, which I think was designed to mimic living in nature. It's well done, but the bed was close to the floor (very low base) and the bathroom vanity was approximately 1m high. For someone who is tall like me, it became uncomfortable to use over time. It was wonderful to sit up on the terrace bar, which overlooks Hadrian's Gate. Casa Sur is perfectly located to explore Kaleiçi Old Town, and is very close to the Tram. Would stay here again if back in Antalya.

The location of this hotel is the best which one could ask for in Ankara - and the sea view from both the room & the outside terrace is breathtaking! I couldn't enjoy it enough... especially during breakfast! Speaking of breakfast - the buffet was incredible and literally had anything & everything! And keep in mind that I'm vegan - so I usually struggle to find enough fresh vegetables, fruits & legumes, but not in this case. Everything was so delicious & fresh - so that's definitely one of the hotel's UPS's! The outside pool area was definitely another strong point - we enjoyed the sun outside at noon while having coffee and looking at the sea. Such a magical place! We also took advantage of the SPA, where we found a great herbal sauna & a huge Turkish Hammam. During the wintertime the hotel is still very functional, but less crowded - which means that you get all the benefits & amenities for yourself and can relax even better! But what really made a lasting impression on us was the staff with their friendliness & special attention! It was my partener's birthday, so they were so nice as to prepare a special surprise in the room for us! And special thanks to the Manager Ms Olga who helped me to bring back a forgotten item, which we unfortunately left in a hurry... she made sure it reached us! To sum it up: I recommend this place 100%! Cannot wait to be back in 2026!

The breakfast was super good choice and quality. The whole hotel was immaculate and the staff were very helpful. The bedroom was small but comfortable. We would definitely use this hotel again its close to the airport and perfect as a stop over location.

We had some problems for booking, and it was our fault but the hotel was still patient to help us a lot! Really thanks. Especially all the counters they are super nice and genuine!!!!
