Staff are all attentive and smiling. The customer service is excellent. It’s like in you’re good hands at all times. Special mention to the valet parking team for your friendliness and the gift shop attendant who was patient and helped me picked my two bracelet souveniers. So many selection with buffet. Everynight there is additional variety dish. The cocktails and food at the kitchen bar are delicious. (No nasty headache from cocktails because they use decent ingredients) the snack bar are chef material. And the live band, mixed of local, pop rock and alternative music. The white party singer and DJ scratching, it got us off our chairs the energy was amazing. Finally, the turkish bath and VIP balinese massage we were treated like royals. Thank you so much Hilton!

The Staff was very friendly kind and helpful with everything we needed. The Free buffet breakfast each morning was wonderful. For a small fee, you could also get a Buffet dinner each night with a nice selection & variety of different food. The Pools were clean & welcoming with plenty of lounge chairs & outdoor tables & chair to choose from . Sauna was nice.. I would Stay & recommend it to friends.

Spotlessly clean and very well presented modern hotel. Bedrooms equipped and fitted out to a high standard. Excellent location close to town centre, but still very quiet and peaceful at night. Great riverside setting, and good breakfast.

Great and spacious hotel complex owned by TUI! The 16-hours trip to it worth it! Everything was perfectly organized for the British tourists which are 99% of all guests. A lot of activities for kids and adults which could be easily checked at very useful HV app. Thanks to Hamdi and Ramazan from the a-la-carte restaurants and Mehmet from the main restaurant who was providing the drinks every dinner. =) Special greetings to the animation team from 4 years old Coco who doesn't speak English but enjoyed many sessions in the Kids Club!
