High quality service, starting from your entrance to the hotel - extremely helpful staff, ready to support (literally, all - guys at the reception, breakfast/lunch, parking). Extra clean rooms, not a single fleck of dust! Nice location, offering the opportunity to have breakfast with great sea view in a calm atmosphere. Wallet parking, convenient, not free of charge, though, but still a good option. New Year decorations were amazing and I hardly restrained myself not to eat cookies houses :)

All! extremely courteous staff with a high level of professionalism. Structure with a wonderful location connected to the city of Izmir, which is very clean and tidy thanks to the Municipality services! Thank you Mayor, keep it up! Then hotel services, restaurant, cleaning and breakfast service, at 5 star levels. I will return in the future to visit Pammukkale and Cappadocia. I will return because I was satisfied! Rooms are huge. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Riza helped us throughout our stay and the lady cleaning our room was amazing. Even though we couldnt communicate in the language, our every need was met! Location was great as well.

My family stayed at the hotel to attend a wedding. It was a wonderful experience. They upgraded our rooms, we were allowed to check out later and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend to stay at Best Western Premier Karsiyaka!

    This hotel was a last-minute booking and it was a great choice. The hotel vibes are classy and calm. The thermal pools are relaxing with one indoor thermal and an outdoor one that is open until 11 p.m.! There is also an outdoor normal pool but we did not use that when there are two other pools that are thermal. The spa is big with a sauna, steam room, and Turkish bath facilities. Breakfast is plentiful and tasty. It really is a relaxing haven and we really needed that after a long road trip. I would definitely come back!

    We had the executive suite as we wanted to stay inside the hotel quite a bit. The room was very large and a lovely spa bath. Good location for when we did go sightseeing. The club lounge was small with limited range, but what was there was actually very good and changed regularly. The in-house spa provided us with a great Hamam experience
