I recently stayed at the hotel and I can confidently say that everything was perfect! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and responsive. During my stay, we experienced a brief issue with the electricity, but I called the reception, and within five minutes, a technician arrived to fix the problem. Their promptness really impressed me! The personnel were kind and attentive, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible. And let me not forget the food—it was absolutely delicious! Every meal was a treat. I highly recommend Ambassador hotel for anyone looking for a fantastic experience.

    Very helpful owners and staff. They did not have kitchen open during winter but even offered us some soup upon arrival :) And late checkout so that we could enjoy spa bath (we did not realize during booking that it can only be used during daytime in winter, it would be too cold at night). Great breakfast and good European-style coffee. All amenities spotlessly clean. Bathroom has all necessities, even toothbrushes, and has plenty of space.
