I am not a big fan of all inclusive but this resort has definitely exceeded my expectations. Food was superb in all restaurants visited, hotel grounds are huge and perfectly maintained. Activities, shows, animations and spa were top notch. A special mention to the kids club which in my opinion deserves a special mention. Kids got attached to the animators particularly Maria who also joined them for horse riding activity, all other staff were lovely with them, premises are highly maintained. I think it's one of the best kids club ever visited. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious and i also had a good view. There's always something going on at the resort. Overall this hotel deserves full marks.

We have been with the family, kids, grandparents, uncle and aunt, and we all enjoyed everything, from food to pools to waterslides and beach, its amazing that the private beach has also a place to eat and bar too, just right there, the walking distance is not far at all, around 10 minutes, the shuttle bus comes and goes every half hour 🥰 The evening entertainment it's really cool also the kids disco and kids club was a hit! We loved it!

I loved every moment of our stay at Kremlin palace. The staff. The pools. The beach. The variety of food and drinks. The entertainment and the entertainment crew are all awesome. Guest services checked in on us daily to ensure we were having a great time and had what we needed. Ours even pre booked us into a restaurant which was lucky as we didn’t know they were booked by guests in advance.

the hotel staff is very helpful and kind, you can communicate in Russian and English. The hotel is new, the furniture is new, everything is clean. There is a Finnish and Turkish sauna, free coffee and tea. Clean water in the pool, constantly cleaned. Mr. Serdar in the front desk went out of the way to provide exceptional service. Mr. Serdar was in the front of house and he was very helpful and made sure we were taken care of to the end. Highly recommend this hotel. Even the Juices in the room bar were free of cost. Modern hotel and very clean.
