Everything! Staff are friendly. The thermal pool indoor and outdoor are fantastic and therapeutic. . And a swimming pool water too cold we did not use it. We had half board with dinner (buffet) not bad lot of choices. Rooms are big and clean. Away from the busy town to Hierapolis but good for us we had a car.

We had a balcony overlooking the Hotel's various hot pools. The pools were delightful to swim in in the cold winter evenings. The staff were very helpful. Taylan was a star using his own phone to help make some calls for us.

An excellent stay! Wonderful relaxation in a bath with hot water from the spring. Since we arrived very early after a night on the bus, we were immediately checked in, although we should have been only after 13-00, and also provided a more spacious room with a wonderful view, for which special thanks!

The hotel staff were excellent especially Buse at reception she showed us around when we couldn’t find the thermal pools, she ordered a fruit platter free of charge for us The thermal pools were great clean etc The hotel was a huge breakfast and dinner buffet style They offer you afternoon tea for free as well you are ever hungry the most generous hotel I have stayed at Of course their market is tourists and that’s what they cater for

    This is an outstanding hotel. The food was excellent. It is close to the baths at Pammakule and the hotel's own thermal spa pools are just amazing. Great swimming pool too. Plenty of parking round the side. Thermal pools and spa except personal treatments were all included and towels provided. The maximum score on staff, facilities, cleanliness, comfort, value for money and locaton are all genuinely and independently earned.

    1. The room was just great: a lot of mirrors, a big bed and a nice bathroom with termal water! 2. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were also really nice. 3. SPA center: massage from Ziba was just perfect! Better than in every other place in the world from my experience!
