Excellent service at the Pool Club. The Pool Club Manager, Cennet, Andac, and Alp made a lasting impression with their great communication skills, friendliness, and dedication to service. The atmosphere was always wonderful every time we arrived at the restaurant, and all our wishes were fulfilled with a smile and true customer service spirit. Breakfast service was first-class thanks to the entire staff, but we got to know Cennet and Ahmet especially well due to their outstanding service. Our time at Susona was unforgettable, and we will definitely return – especially because of the amazing staff. Thank you much, 10/5.

Perfect location if you want to enjoy the clean, blue sea while still being close to the city of Bodrum, which is a must-visit. The service is amazing; Turkish hospitality did not disappoint. It was a real UAI experience. The fresh food is incredible, with plenty of options available. There are snacks, pastries, and ice creams too. The beach is great, and the sea is impeccably clean. You’ve got to love it! The spacious rooms are cleaned every day, and fresh towels are provided daily. I give the staff the highest praise—they are amazing. We would love to come back again! 🫶🏼

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Maxx Royal Bodrum, and I cannot speak highly enough of both the hotel and its remarkable Max Assistants Asli, Inonu, and Mehli. First and foremost, the Max Assistants at Maxx Royal Bodrum are genuinely dedicated to ensuring a seamless and memorable stay for every guest. Asli, Inonu, and Mehli went above and beyond to cater to my every need, offering personalized recommendations, arranging transportation, and promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns I had throughout my stay. Their exceptional attention to detail and professionalism truly made me feel valued as a guest. The hotel itself is nothing short of spectacular. The luxuriously designed rooms are spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, offering breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. The attention to detail in the room's amenities and the comfort of the bed ensured a restful sleep every night. The resort's extensive facilities, including multiple pools, a private beach, a spa, and various dining options, cater to both relaxation and entertainment, leaving guests spoilt for choice. Dining at Maxx Royal Bodrum is an experience in itself. The culinary offerings are diverse and of exceptional quality. This hotel feels like a 5-star hotel. I would not be surprised if it became one in the future, it is nicer and pays better attention to detail than some other 5-star hotels I have stayed at. There are lovely complimentary refreshments and snacks upon arrival while you check in. There is a pillow service where you can request different types of pillows depending on your needs. The hotel spa is amazing; there are several massage rooms, a traditional Turkish hamam, jacuzzis, sauna, steam room. The hotel gym is very good compared to any other hotels I have stayed at, some outdated equipment, but plenty of new stuff too. The hotel has an indoor and outdoor pool depending on the season. The lobby has lots of TVs that play sports and a nice library too, as well as a pool table and different board games. There is a great chef that specialises in desserts (we had a different dessert every night we stayed). The beach is perfect, nice and clean too, and there are tables on the beach to have breakfast and lunch. Unfortunately, it was too chilly for us to get in the sea as we came in November, but the indoor pool is also heated. On top of all of these amazing facilities, the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. They are great at recommending local things to do. This is a seriously fantastic hotel, we will definitely return for a summer trip next time to experience the beautiful turkish summer weather.

    The hotel was lovely. Room was nice and modern. although there was a water problem on the third day, they however upgraded us to a suite. food was good, customer service was amazing and room was clean. water pressure in the bathrooms were really strong, bed was comfortable and spacious. the Spa was amazing huge range of drinks and multiple bars located throughout the resort.
