I had the best experience at Emirtimes Hotel. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming.. Special thanks to Mr. Mustafa for his exceptional hospitality and for being helpful throughout my stay. The room were immaculate and very comfortable. The spa services were outstanding. I loved the convenient location, it's about 10 minutes from the airport and close to major attractions. I loved everything about this hotel and highly recommend.

DoubleTree hotel in Tuzla is by far one of the best hotels I’ve ever been till now. Breakfast were some full tables with nothing to be missing from them. All of it was delicious me and my partner really enjoyed it. I also called for a room service twice and they were all so quick to assist me on the best way. Room service girl was very smiley and friendly and the housekeepers as well. The reception guys were the best because whichever problem I had or any imformation I needed they were always there very friendly very polite and very much professional. Also, the room was perfect and the bed so comfortable. The view from the room was amazing as you could see a great part of Tuzla from the windows. Also, loved the fact that when I put in the housekeeping sign just to get my breakfast, I sas missing for only 20-30 minutes and it was all done! So quick and professional all of them. Absolutely loved it I definitely recommend and surely will visit again!

I have been a regular visitor to this hotel for many years and always look forward to the excellent service, excellent breakfast, consistently high quality of service and cleanliness in all areas. The direct access to the Viaport shopping mall where you can stroll around or dine out is also very convenient. I was particularly touched by the staff's loving care for the dog "Rex". An outdoor dog, he has been a frequent visitor to the entrance area for over ten years and has become a trademark of this highly recommended hotel. Special thanks for allowing extra time for check-out at the day of departure free of charge. Only request for improvement: Would be nice if the outdoor pool can be re-opened some time to contribute to the over all experience.
