Everything was amazing. The staff, the room, the food and the location. It did not feel like staying at a hotel, it felt like staying with family, that's how hospitable everyone was. The room was lovely and the shower was perfect! The location is very close to Uchisar castle. It was snowing when we visited so we didn't get to see any hot air balloons but that did not impact our stay at all as the views were still so beautiful. I will definitely come again soon. The breakfast is wonderful and they give you so much. I didn't get tired of eating the same breakfast everyday as there was a lot to choose from and it was so fresh. tarçın (the hotel dog) was an absolute sweetheart! Thank you for everything.

We had an amazing two-night stay at this hotel in Cappadocia. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly kind, and they even upgraded us to a better room at no extra charge, which was a delightful surprise. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered stunning views of the unique landscape. We had a fantastic view of the hot air balloons drifting across the sky in the mornings, which was a truly magical sight to wake up to. The included breakfast was huge and delicious, with a great variety of options that set us up perfectly for the day. The jacuzzi in our room was a fantastic touch, adding to the overall relaxing experience. If you’re looking for a place that combines luxury, comfort, and outstanding hospitality, this hotel is the perfect choice. We can’t wait to come back!

Flavia Cappadocia was a top choice, which exceeded our expectations. I was there with my wife and son (1,5 years old) - he was able to run and play in the garden, everything was super clean and comfy, staff are extremely polite, helpful and flexible, suited all our needs. We were granted with the room we requested particularly, they fit a baby crib there as well. Location is in a quiet small street in less than a 10 minutes walk from main Uchisar area. Delightful breakfast is served on the top floor, where also two balconies offer a pleasant view. Thank you!

I gave this hotel a 10 for the staff and the cats. Orhun, Ali, Omar (they are not the cats :P) - in no particular order - as well as all the other ladies and gentlemen working at Karlik Cave Suites are superb. Always there to say hi and help and with any issue, doing it with a smile on their face and thoroughly professional. All three complement each other so well, and they will 100% make your stay better. I love cats and this being Turkey, there are quite a few cats about, but they are so unobtrusive and so "well behaved" that I was honestly looking forward to the evenings where I would share food with them outside the room. We booked two suites with sauna and (plunge) pool and we stayed for 7 nights, significantly longer than what the average stay in Cappadocia is. We really enjoyed and made full use of both saunas and plunge pools. I warmly recommend this room, especially if booking during a colder period of the year. In any case, both features truly helped us relax during this holiday. The rooms we booked were true caves, deep and dark, with basically no windows, which translated to amazing sleep. We stayed in cave rooms before in Greece, but these were spectacularly suited for a good night's sleep. Being in a cave, some of the rock will trickle down as gravel and dust. To paraphrase a notice in the room "rocks will do what rocks do". We found it charming. Breakfast is a mixed bag. Presentation is amazing and the offer is generous if you're into carbs, less so if you're not. Overall it was always filling and the staff will again make sure that you don't leave the table unsatisfied. More on food in the negatives. The location is great and the views are amazing. Do yourself a favour and before or after your balloon flight grab an early coffee from the room, and also enjoy the parade at sunrise from the ground. It can be equally impressive and Karlik Cave Suites is a great location to enjoy it from.

The hotel overlooks Pigeon Valley so there is a great view for early morning or afternoon walks, and a nice partial view from the restaurant. We like the service, which started even before we got there. They helped us book a balloon ride and kept at it until we got one within the time we were there. The balloon rides can get cancelled due to strong winds. Their restaurant, Ardic, is great. The prices are reasonable, and they serve a fantastic-and generous-Turkish breakfast. When we left for the airport, they also packed us breakfast.
