We travelled to Urgup after quite a bad experience in Istanbul, so we were very anxious but this place exceeded our expectations. This is a great place to stay when you travel to Cappadocia. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Please note that this is a cave suit, so the rooms are not super bright, but we didn't mind. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Daniel, who was on the night shift. The tours they recommended and booked for us were all great. They allowed us to have a very late check out at 7 pm, which was super helpful as we had a very long 30-hour flight to get back home.

Our stay with Fatma was just wonderful! She a very welcoming and warm host and proudly shared the warmth of her family hotel with us. We were happy to stay in this beautiful hotel and received all the help from Fatma. Breakfast was perfect with a lot of options and she accommodated our every need! We really recommend staying at Kemer Palace if you want the best experience!

    This hotel is gorgeous and very authentic. It’s located in a small village, away from the mass tourism. Which is why it was perfect for our romantic getaway. The staff was super friendly and helpful, also with organising activities in the area. We stayed in the Roman King Suite, which is a magnificent room with hamam and jacuzzi area. Very charming and spacious. Would totally recommend. The pool area is super cozy and peaceful.

    Dear host, Our stay in your cozy and in a quiet idyllic village was breathtaking. The hotel room was spacious and equipped with a relaxing Jacuzzi. The rooftop terrace invites you to enjoy a rich and regional breakfast with a view of the dreamy village. All in all it was our favorite accommodation in all of Cappadocia.     We booked the cave hotel and it was just amazing. Room was really clean and we had private jacuzzi in bathroom. They also booked ballon ride for us. It was just mesmerising. Also the buffet breakfast is the best.
