Excellent , I left my luggage at the hotel and travled light to Japan for a week , then returned back at midnight took my luggage and flight the next day, the communication with the reception was really good

A fantastic choice for my parents’ birthday celebration! They had such a lovely stay at this hotel. The food was consistently excellent, and the breakfast was a highlight of their mornings. We booked this hotel due to the closeness to the airport and the location near Tamsui. The location were just perfect for my needs. The hotel is brand new, great design, wonderful view to the river, great facilities such as Osen, pool and a childrens pool. We booked also the evening buffet, that were exceeded our expectations by far. There were all kind of fish, snails, mussels, lobsters, sushi,sashimins, all kind of meat and vegetables dishes, all kind side dishes, endless choices of cake, ice cream, drinks. It was a wonderful experience. The same were the breakfast.

Staff were incredibly helpful. The breakfast bar is fantastic. Lots of variety and so tasty. This is not your typical hotel but it is great value, close to the airport and a lot of fun. The area around the hotel is great for walking.
