I wish I could give this Hotel 11 out of 10. I have stayed in many hotels and this tops the list. The staff were amazing from the second I stepped out of the taxi the security man was so friendly and helpful and kind and welcoming and all of the staff were incredible. Prince, the manager, is an electric hard-working generous fountain of knowledge. I would not have made it to the top of Mount Kilimanjaro without his advice, guidance, encouragement, and inspiration as well as the help of many other of the wonderful staff. The room was so beautiful and spacious. It is rare to find a hotel with such an extensive fully well equipped gym just like one of the best gyms in the world. The restaurant on the top floor has beautiful views and ambience and the food comes in generous proportions and is delicious and the staff are so lovely. The cafe downstairs also has great options and delicious smoothies for after a gym workout. The location is central and close to banks and restaurants and other amenities. I would love to go there again

I was pleasantly surprised about everything at the hotel. The entire staff (from reception to kitchen to cleaning) were ALL so very nice and courteous and helpful. The pool area was great. The hotel was nice (looks like it was recently built). My room was nice (balcony, large bathroom), very clean, great wifi, and plenty of hot water. Also, It was a quick ride to the bus station (which I took from Arusha to Nairobi, on Impala Shulttle).

I was greeted with friendly staff who assisted with luggage and provided a refreshment towel and freshly squeezed orange juice. All of the staff were very knowledgeable and polite, and the food and coffee were amazing.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff ( Aboubakar ) was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Arusha

This is nothing but a shabby budget hotel. It has a grand entrance but that's about it. We stayed in a, so called 'superior' room which was shabby at best. There was mould on the ceiling in the bathroom. There was no shower curtain, so the shower water went all over the bathroom floor. The first morning my wife had a hot shower, but mine was cold. They'd obviously run out of hot water. The bath had an uneven horrible thick layer of filler spread over the joint  between the bath and the wall. The bedroom windows didn't close properly. The breakfast was uninspiring, but the freshly made Spanish omelette was ok. The receptionist made an appointment for us to see their resident tour operator. We spent half an hour with him. he said he'd get back to us with Safari information and we never heard from him again. A complete waste of our time.  We paid $130.00 a night for this 'superior' room, which, as I have already said, was a shabby budget room at best.

This place was over our expectations, we got a two floor house with a huge terrace on the roof with a view to mount kilimajaro. The host was very helpful, he can arrange any activity you like, also he will give you advices about the surroundings and Arusha life habits.

Beautiful and hospital cottage immersed in greenery. You can hear river flowing and birds chirping in this very peaceful place. We enjoyed interacting with the hosts, who were always quick to help with anything. The house is well designed with every detail thought through to make for a comfortable stay. The nearby restaurant by a lake, also belonging to the hosts and offering food delivery, was another highlight of our stay.
