    Leslie and John are lovely hosts. We stayed in the Captain's Quarters upstairs. It's a beautiful room, very well appointed, with a very comfortable bed and places to sit. The bathroom is extraordinary, with the most beautiful shower we'd ever seen! The breakfast was delicious, homemade scones, fresh eggs from the coop out front, fruit and wonderful coffee. Plus, the view and the hot tub are extraordinary!

    The location was beautiful and the house was fun and a bit funky. The bed in the Captain's Quarters guest room was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. Access to a private hot tub with an exceptional view was lovely, and breakfast was very good. Our host, John, was very welcoming.

    John was a lovely host. The house is clean and has such beautiful decor. The bed was very comfortable. I also used the private hot tub on the deck with a view of the Brookings harbor. Wonderful experience. Safe, quiet and comfortable.

    Mermaid Muse exceeded my expectations at every turn. the Hosts John and Nancy were lovely people who went out of the way to ensure my wife and I had a great stay. the accommodations were quite comfy and offered some much needed quiet relaxation. Soaking in the hot tub while basking in the full moon over the harbor was the perfect end to a beautiful day on the coast!

    A most unique experience. The suite we were in (The Captain's Room) was fabulous. It was spacious, had an awesome bed, amazing bathroom, deck overlooking ocean which we gazed at in our own designated hot tub! The decor of the whole place was an eclectic collection of art with a mermaid/ asian fusion flair. The hosts, Nancy and John, were interesting, friendly, and accommodating. Fresh eggs and baked scones for breakfast! Oh! and the "open bar" was an added luxury.
