The room was very spacious and clean, same with the bathroom and the whole place smelled clean too. I like the layout of the room with the bed tucked in the corner for privacy. I liked the breakfast options that they provide everyday, very hearty enough to carry you past lunchtime. And the staff were all nice and polite.

It was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, location was perfect for shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was good. I needed an early checkin. They told me in advance they were fully booked so I would have a bit of a wait but they got me on my room quickly.

I had a fantastic stay at this studio! The space was exactly as described — spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with an open concept that felt both cozy and modern. Everything was well-maintained, and I appreciated the attention to detail. Everything was superb. The staff, the breakfast on the terrace, our diner in the Portuguese restaurant, coctails at the Long Bar. The concierge was great as well, in service and communiation by whatsapp. When we left we were asked what could be improved and we could not come up with one single thing. Excellent.

Location was exception. close to everything. The staff from the time you walked into the building until you walked back out was completely focused on the customer (my family). I travel 50% for my work and what really stood out was the staff , especially the folks at the front door (Valet , Bellman , etc) and the staff at the desk. When checking in the staff wanted to know what we needed and how they could make it the best trip. They realized we we heading to dinner , offered to arrange a ride and text during dinner to see if they needed to make up the sofa bed for our daughter. UNBELIVABLE
