The Staff was very friendly. The apartment was very clean. The restaurant where the held breakfast was expectational. The do a fabulous breakfast with plenty to choose from. Swimming pools and Gym lovely and clean. Bonus was the gave you two free drinks at the bar on a special menu which was a lovely touch.

We felt like we had walked into The Plaza Hotel!! The lobby was filled with the most gorgeous Christmas trees & decorations. Stunning! The staff were wonderful, very helpful & crested us every time we came & went. The gardens are incredible. We were fortunate to have some snow which made the open area magical. Room was lovely. I’m plenty of room for 4 of us. Easy walking distance to restaurants, cafes & the subway.
