We have been staying at this property since we moved from New York to Montreal. We have family in Long Island and have been coming to this hotel for the last 13 years. The staff are amazing… Especially the young lady who was at the desk when we checked in. I cannot remember her name, but I know it starts with an S. is she allowed us to check in super early because we got in in the middle of the night. In addition, their staff are lovely, the rooms are clean and spacious, they give you breakfast and dinner Monday to Thursdays. In the summer, they have a small pool that you with rooms that open up onto the pool and Terrace. They also have a restaurant called Volpe, which is next-door to the Fox Hollow and I believe is part of the Fox Hollow… They have the most amazing food. This is our go to Hotel when we come to Long Island :)

They have waterfront hotel room, Harry the owner helped me for an hour personally delaying his schedule with a different employee there he went above and beyond to be able to help me, I would deff come back here again just to rethank the owner personally for helping me with my weird situation with payment and his overly posotive workable attitude. Its my last day in NY forever and Every other hotel nearby wouldnt take my payment due to it being pictures of my card and booking.com and was having issues accepting the card through the website. Gratitude makes people write reviews like this, The hotel is clean smoking and non smoking rooms
