    the staff were very friendly and attempted to meet my wants. pool and jacuzzi were great, clean, breakfast was nice and tea was available 24/7. they put me in a handicapped accessible room right near the exit without me asking. Tho I did ask not to be far from the door, so I didn't have to walk so far.
