This property exceeded my expectations. I know Loews properties are good, but this one is exceptional. Staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming. We were in town for the NWSL finals and were always greeted with kindness. The room is spacious, the bathroom is large with a great shower. The bed is incredibly comfortable.

Linked by a walkway to Crown Center, this hotel is in Kansas City’s Crossroads Arts District. It features on-site dining, an outdoor pool and non-smoking rooms with flat-screen TVs.

Breakfast was delicious and the service was very friendly and professional. The cottage was stocked with all the essentials They were very prompt in fixing the hot water heater in our cottage as well. Such a beautiful place. The hot tub was a perfect addition.

Beautiful facility, full breakfast and dinner meal provided in the room cost. The staff - super friendly! 3 free drinks from the bar also included for each adult per evening. They had a parking garage and outside parking. No charge for either.

19 Floor breakfast in the club was excellent.. Due to stay on Saturday and Sunday I ate downstairs and the service and food was as excellent!!
