AC unit had loose wires hanging below the unit. Hot tub didn't work, Accessibility devis for the pool and hot tub was broken. TV remote stopped working and had to walk down to lobby because no one answers the phone. Called but no answer, looking for additional towels and had to walk down to lobby and ask for towels. It allowed us to relax when we got our room early. Also got help to print our boarding passes from young man who may have been manager.
