    I booked 1 night because of the hot tub jacuzzi and pool When we arrived after a long drive I was informed that the hot tub was out of order and not working until the next day. The pool was closed for the day at 7pm I had to cancel the reservation and go somewhere else with those amenities

    Extremely friendly and helpful staff both prior to our stay and also during our stay. lounge area very cosy and comfy. Room and bathroom was fairly small but fine. Plenty of parking and good location next to shops and great restaurant/ bar.

    Location was great and quiet Jacuzzi Room clean, cosy and well equipped (microwave, fridge with freezer compartment). Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was welcome addition, and was nice.

    The room was very spacious, comfortable and extremely clean with cute views of the wood cabins and mountain out the window. The room was very warm upon walking in and welcoming - it continued to stay warm through the night. There was parking right outside the front door. I didn't get to use the hot tub as I only stayed one night and used the natural hot springs 15 mins drive away instead but I wish I could have stayed longer. The location was great.
