I mean everyone from cleaning crew to the lady who fixes the breakfast. The breakfast was great also! But the hotel is gross. Mold in bathroom, nothing wiped down. Offered dishes to use in kitchen but had to wash them all first. Behind tv /dresser so much dust you could pick it up with your hand. Hot tub was dirty and cold. Colder than the small pool.
